Why am I not receiving calls/emails from the school?

If you are not receiving emails from Bridgewater, you will need to contact the school directly. It could be that they do not have the correct email or phone number or that you have somehow mistakenly removed yourself from the list. Sometimes, the school will only send information to the first listed point of contact and you may have to request that they send the information to both listed email addresses or phone numbers.

What is the protocol for a severe weather hold?

If the school calls a "severe weather hold" due to lightning and you would like to get your child before the hold is lifted, a parent or approved guardian must come into the office to sign out the student. They must have their driver's license or ID AND must be on record as an approved pickup for said student. It is for the safety of your child and all students that these policies must be followed.

How do I find out about volunteer opportunities?

Many volunteer opportunities arise throughout the school year. You can keep an eye out on our Facebook page or check Mrs. Klaber's weekly emails for announcements about volunteering. You can also email us and let us know what you are interested in volunteering for and we can place you with one of our committees that is best suited for you. Why am Not receiving information from the PTSO?

In order to receive emails or remind texts from the PTSO, you will need to add your contact information and"opt in" to receive it. The school cannot give us the contact information for parents, so you would need to join our mailing list as well if you would like PTSO specific information on things scubas events or volunteering  We also have an official PTSO Facebook page as well as individual grade level pages. You can also find us on Instagram Visit our links section and you can find all of     those there.

What is the absentee policy?

If your child needs to miss school due to an illness or appointment, you do not need to call the school. When the student returns to school, send a note explaining the absence (include dates and your signature) and if it was due to a doctor's appointment ask the doctor for a note and send that in as well. Have them bring the note to the front office and the school registrar will record it.

I ordered from the online spirit store- where is my order?

If you placed an order in our online spirit store, we will process your order and place it in the front office for pickup. You can let your child know and they may pick it up during school hours or you may pick it up by visiting the front office.
